1. Payment Authorisation
By completing checkout and submitting payment on this website, you authorise Mystique Marine Pty Ltd to process payment via the selected payment method, including third-party payment service providers such as card processors and electronic funds transfer (EFT) services.
2. Card Payments
Card payments are securely processed by approved third-party payment processors. Mystique Marine Pty Ltd does not store or have access to your full card details. By submitting a card payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected card and consent to payment processing in accordance with the processor’s terms and conditions.
3. Bank Transfer (EFT) Payments
Where Bank Transfer (EFT) is selected:
Payment must be made using the bank details provided after checkout or on the issued invoice.
Orders will only be released for dispatch once cleared funds reflect in our bank account.
EFT payments may qualify for an additional discount where explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct payment reference is used.
4. Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on this website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise stated. VAT is reflected separately on invoices where applicable.
5. Order Confirmation & Settlement
An order confirmation email or invoice does not constitute final acceptance of an order until payment has been successfully authorised and/or cleared. Mystique Marine Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or withhold fulfillment of any order in the event of failed, reversed, or disputed payments.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to first contact Mystique Marine Pty Ltd directly to resolve any payment-related queries or disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal. Unauthorised or unjustified chargebacks may result in recovery of associated fees and costs where permitted by law.
7. Fraud Prevention
All transactions are subject to security checks and verification. Mystique Marine Pty Ltd reserves the right to request additional information or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.
